Roy’s Bayside Grill is a beachside dining experience, entertaining guests beachside in Sandy Ground for more than 40 years. This Anguilla favorite was originally founded by Roy Bossons and his wife Mandy as a Fish & Chips stand in 1982. Their daughter Clair Lynch and her husband Patrick have grown this into an amazing waterfront eatery.
While Roy’s famous Fish & Chips remains a staple on the menu, Chef Claire’s fresh selection of locally caught seafood and Prime Angus Beef tempt the strongest of wills. Their hospitality, fashioned on that of the old English Pub, has kept guests returning to this little corner of paradise year after year.
Roy’s is perfect for, and welcomes couples, families and groups. Reservations are not required, but strongly encouraged. Beach side lounges may be utilized by guests who wish to enjoy the beach at Sandy Ground all day!
Roy’s menu has a few specialties that make people return time and time again. Roy’s Fish & Chips are not only the best in the Caribbean, they may be the best anywhere. The Lobster Bisque is smooth, tasty and has a hint of island spice that will leave you contemplating a second bowl! Roy’s also offers daily specials to compliment an already wonderful menu.
